Agenda Programme

In Western France, surrounded by worldwide famous tourist attractions, discover Châteaubriant. Spend 10 days in the wilderness on a site adapted to welcome you in the best conditions.
You’ll enjoy a local farmer market, taste culinary specialties and go on tours that start directly from the site (with a bus), and with a French, English or German guide.

Friday, July 26 th
8 AM: Opening. Welcoming participants – settlement. Possibility to have snacks and drinks on site. Musical and dancing entertainment in the theatre.

Saturday, July 27th
8 AM:  Welcoming participants continued
2 PM:  Presentation of the nations. Parade in Châteaubriant city.
5 PM: Official opening ceremony.
8:30 PM: Evening event with a dance band in the Halle de Béré. Gastronomic dinner at the Château de la Ferrière (transportation: buses) – optional-

Sunday, July 28th
7:45-9 AM: Depart for tours. (see tour offers)
7 PM: Possibility to eat on site.
8:30: Equestrian show on site followed by a dancing event.

Monday, July 29th 
7:45-9 AM: Depart for tours. (see tour offers)
10 AM: Depart for hikes and bicycles tours with local organizations (Hikers of the Mée region and Castelbriantais -from Châteaubriant region- bicycle club). Introduction to fishing with the regional organization, member of the French National Fishing Federation.
7:30 PM: Seafood dinner (optional) 
8:30 PM: Dance band.

Thuesday, July 30th
7:45-9 AM: Depart for tours. (see tour offers)
12:30: country-style lunch (grilled pork/mutton) – Concert at the Choisel Lake. Inauguration of the RV park of Choisel
7 PM: Possibility to eat on site.
8:30 PM: Cabaret evening event.

Wednesday, July 31th
7:45-9 AM: Depart for tours. (see tour offers)
9 AM: General Assembly, only for delegation managers.
7:30 PM: Breton dinner (products from Brittany)
8:30 PM: Evening event with a folk band and dance. Gastronomic dinner at the Château de la Ferrière (optional). Transportation in bus.

Thursday, August 1st 
10 AM: Depart for hikes and bicycles tours with local organizations (Hikers of the Mée region and Castelbriantais bicycle club). Introduction to fishing with the regional organization, member of the French National Fishing Federation.
7 PM: Possibility to eat on site.
8:30 PM: International evening event with entertainment organized by the participating countries

Friday, August 2nd
7:45-9 AM: Depart for tours. (see tour offers)
5 PM: Aperitif and concert at the garden ramparts.
7:30 PM: Castelbriantais dinner with an orchestra. (optional)
9:30 PM: Dancing event with a great orchestra, open to everyone.

Saturday, August 3rd  
11 AM: Closing ceremony. Farewell drinks.

Sunday, August 4th
12 PM: Closing of the site
